Q. The program isn't working.
A. That could be due to several reasons. First, check to make sure you have the latest Microsoft .NET Framework installed. Second, try running the file as administrator. Third, Be sure your antivirus/firewall isn't blocking the program. Fourth, make sure you're using the version compatible with your system. If none of these fix it try re-installing the program and/or using a search engine to try and determine what the problem is.

Q. How do I download these files?

Q. Are these files safe and how can I scan them myself to be sure?
A. All of our files are safe and you're more than welcome to scan them with the antivirus of your choice. For those that do not use an antivirus program or just want to make certain that there's no viruses or trojans in the file, upload the files to VirusTotal.

Q. How do I install the program?
A. There should always be a "Readme.txt" file located in the archive. Inside that readme should be installation instructions. In some cases, there may be a video that shows you how to install the program successfully.

Q. I would like "inset software's name here", but I do not see it on your website, what should I do?
A. Either send us a pm or leave a comment on YouTube or email us.
